Intro

At SW Autodesign we design, manufacture, point and fit all our styling products most of which we do on site at the car dealers premises. This makes us unique in the UK, our competitors either make and supply or buy in and supply. But none cover all aspect as we do.

Bearing in mind that our technicians may be up to 300 miles from base when fitting our kits, we have to ensure that all our products both match for colour and fit first time.

SW Autodesign has built a solid reputation for quality reliability and prompt delivery.

That's why the UK's biggest dealer groups deal with SW Autodesign.


Concept

Our designers create a range of concept drawings for a vehicle thus helpings us select what we believe will be what the market is looking for.


Clay Model

From there we product the clay model on the donor vehicle from this we can solve any fixing or last minute design changes.


Prototype

After completion of the clay model prototype moulds are made directly from the vahicle. From which the prototype is then produced and tested on the car.


Mould Making

Then it's back to the pattern shop to produce the production moulds for the polyurethane parts production.


Testing

Once in production each and every part is tested for fitment on our jigs prior to painting this ensures continuity of fitment.


Pointing

Our in house painting facility is solely responsible for all our paintwork and points to original equipment standards.


Fitting

Most of our styling kits are fitted at the main dealers premises where we give a complete service. Fitting the styling kits, wheels and tyres, exhausts and suspension kits.


Warranty

We give a full 12 months warranty on all parts and 3 years on paintwork.
